1. Site Suitability and Identification for New Townhouse Development.

We can source new development opportunities for new clients or alternatively we can advise on the suitability for re-development of an existing site. Following an inspection of the subject site a report can be prepared advising on the suitability of the site for development. We can also negotiate the purchase for new clients.

2. Provide Development Options to Maximise Land Value or Development Profit.

Once the site has been identified as suitable for multi dwelling development then various design options can be considered including the number of dwellings, size, access and aspect based the most financially viable option.

3. Preparing Planning and Design Advise.

Once the desired development plan and design have been determined then preliminary advice in relation to design and planning constraints can be provided. This may progress to full planning drawings and a town planning application which we can run with our town planning consultants.

4. Full Development Managment Service.
